Signs in this category are usually inexpensive — often under $25. They use our existing design templates on thinner frames, typically with one or two fonts, up to three colors, and limited wording that’s easy to lay out. Most are quick to produce and perfect for gifts, vendor booths, or everyday signage.

Artisan Builds & Custom Frames — Typically $40–$150
Signs with simple artwork, new frame designs, or customer-supplied files
This tier covers signs that involve light design work — whether that’s adding an icon, building a new frame shape, or working from a file you provide (like a clean SVG, DXF, or 3D model). If the artwork is simple, or the file is Blender-compatible and ready to extrude, we can often keep the price in this range.

- Color Options: We can print up to 8 colors in a single sign. Designs with more than 8 colors may require multiple prints or assembly, which could shift the price into the next tier.
Our machinery is limited to a maximum size of 400mm x 400mm. Larger signs may require visible seams and will require multi-part assembly with plastic welding or mechanical connections. If you’re requesting a multi-part sign (like 800mm × 200mm or 1200mm × 250mm), or if the artwork needs significant cleanup or modeling, we’ll quote it individually and it may fall into the next tier depending on complexity.

This tier is for signs that go beyond our standard formats — whether that means original 3D artwork, multi-part assembly, or larger layouts that require custom modeling. Whether it’s a sign shaped like a paint splatter, a puzzle piece, or a cassette tape — a long-format display with modular seams — or even a three-dimensional centerpiece like a lantern on a medallion or gears turning the moon, we’ll design it from the ground up.

- Material: PLA for indoor use, with UV coating options for specific outdoor projects.

ASA is available for outdoor signs, but color choices are limited, and ASA requires different safety handling, so outdoor projects may fall into the next tier due to added cost and setup requirements.
Showcase & Outdoor Signs — Often $600–$2,000+
Large-format signage built for durability and storytelling
This tier is for premium signs that push the limits — whether it’s a storefront centerpiece, an event display, or a fully custom outdoor build. These projects often involve original 3D artwork, modular assembly, and materials built to withstand the elements.

- Material: ASA or coated PLA for outdoor use; ASA projects are quoted at the higher end due to limited color options and setup costs

These signs are built to last and designed to impress — ideal for storefronts, events, or premium branding. Because our machinery is limited to 400mm × 400mm, all larger signs require modular assembly using alignment rods, plastic welding, or mechanical connections. We’re happy to explore ambitious builds, but complex joinery and outdoor durability may place your project at the top end of this pricing range — and in some cases, we may recommend working with a high-volume signage provider if your needs go far beyond our typical scope..

🧩 Modular Design = Scalable Pricing
We’ve built a growing library of reusable sign frames, medallions, and quadrant layouts. If your sign uses an existing template, we can offer lower pricing. If you need something new — a custom logo, a unique shape, or a specialized mounting system — we’ll quote accordingly.
🛠️ Material Notes
Most signs are printed in PLA plastic, which offers crisp detail, vibrant colors, and excellent affordability — ideal for indoor use. For outdoor applications, we offer ASA plastic, a UV-resistant and weatherproof material. ASA is more expensive, harder to work with, and takes longer to print. It’s currently available only for high-budget projects due to limited color options and setup requirements. We don’t normally keep it in stock, but another option is PETG plastic, which bridges the gap between PLA and ASA. PETG is slightly more flexible than PLA and performs well in semi-outdoor environments like covered patios or damp interiors. While it’s not as UV-resistant or strong as ASA, it holds up better than PLA outdoors and falls between the two in terms of cost. PETG is available by request and quoted individually. For short-term outdoor use or signs placed near windows, we also offer optional UV-protective coatings for PLA to help extend color life and reduce fading.
